Total Rockbreaking Solutions (TRS) is a full-service engineering and hydraulic equipment maintenance company, providing industry leading hydraulic attachments, boom systems and intelligent solutions to support Australia’s mining, quarrying, construction, demolition, material processing and recycling industries.

With extensive industry-specific knowledge and experience we deliver products and services that improve safety, minimise downtime, and help you move more material at a lower cost.

Our world-class facilities in Kewdale, Perth incorporates over 3,000 sqm custom built workshop suitable for manufacturing, heavy assembly, fabrication and servicing of hydraulic equipment as well storage and several office areas.

BoomSafe® is a boom control system that has been developed specifically for hydraulic boom systems to provide remote operation with automated movements and an advanced collision prevention to improve safety of rockbreaking operations.

Our experienced technicians rebuild, service and repair hydraulic attachments and boom systems in all makes and models in our custom designed workshop in Kewdale, Perth or onsite when required. The TRS BoomSafe® has been paired with Steelwrist’s automatic hydraulic connection resulting in faster and safer attachment changeovers and eliminating the need for manual intervention.

Operators can now keep crushing plants running seamlessly with BoomSafe®’s automated attachment changeover feature. At the press of a button, BoomSafe® automatically connects, disconnects, and switches between attachments such as hammers, without any manual effort from the operator.
